Industrial Construction

Specializing in Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, and Carbon Steel, pressure pipe fabrication for both new and existing facility projects. Our 11,000 sq. ft fabrication facility and adjoining .5-acre yard enables us to handle structural installations with ease.

Our facility also features:

  • Pipe Rack, skid fabrication and assembly, pipe supports, and line anchors

  • Plasma table and water jetting capabilities

  • 2-Ton picker truck, equipped with a 35-foot boom

  • Dual overhead cranes

  • 2 Overhead bay doors

  • Structural steel fabrication at 35,000kg per month

Maintenance & Turnarounds

With a proven track record of success and safety, we offer comprehensive assistance in maintaining and managing pipelines and facilities - covering various aspects such as planning and scheduling, cost management, procurement, adherence to regulatory requirements, logistics, material handling and warehousing.

ICMS delivers maintenance services to all oil and gas field and plant production facilities. We are committed to completing any project requirements in a timely and efficient manner. Our TAR solutions are designed to reduce the duration of plant and facility downtime, while also guaranteeing the long-term integrity of your essential assets.

  • 8 Welding stations with dual wire feed machines and stick capabilities

  • 1000 FDI per day capacity carbon steel (additional FDI in yard w/ rigs)

  • 750 FDI per day capacity stainless steel and other alloys

  • Piping and equipment module packages – max size 40’ length

Water/Waste Water Treatment

ICMS offers a range of process services, including plumbing and mechanical work, chemical treatment, and pump change-outs for both new and existing water and wastewater treatment plants.
